These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CBLUE Ops websites, applications, subscriptions, software products, and related services. By using CBLUE Ops, you agree to these terms.
Use of CBLUE Ops
CBLUE Ops provides operational software tools for professionals, students, institutions, agencies, and related users. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You may not share access in a way that violates your plan.
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid CBLUE Ops products may be billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment card details on our servers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing unless cancelled according to the available cancellation process.
Free Trials
Some products may include a free trial. Trial terms may vary by product or promotion. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a paid subscription may begin automatically according to the checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing portal or available account tools. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.
No Emergency Reliance
CBLUE Ops products are operational support tools and are not a substitute for professional judgment, agency policy, medical direction, legal requirements, emergency protocols, or official reporting obligations.
User Content and Data Entry
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of information you enter into CBLUE Ops products. CBLUE Ops does not guarantee that user-entered information is complete, correct, or suitable for any specific legal, clinical, operational, or agency purpose.
Product Availability
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features or products at any time. We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Intellectual Property
CBLUE Ops software, branding, designs, page content, workflows, product names, and related materials are owned by CBLUE Apparel LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to bypass access controls or subscription limits
- Misusing products for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Interfering with platform security or performance
- Copying, scraping, or reselling platform content or workflows
- Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBLUE Ops and CBLUE Apparel LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
